How are my items shipped?

Within 2-3 days of placing your order it will be shipped from our factory and you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number.
Standard Shipping (5-9 Days USPS/Royal Mail/Yodel) FREE
International Shipping: 7-21 days.

How do I track my order?

Once your payment is finalized and your order has been processed (around 2-3 days, if it’s a bit more just be patient we are on it ASAP!), you will receive automatically information about your order. We will also send you a tracking code with a site to track the whereabouts of your order.

Hey! I haven’t received my order yet, what shall I do?

Please contact us at support@luxygadgets.com. We are more than happy to update you on your order and the estimated delivery date.

My items arrived damaged, what do I do?

Contact us at support@luxygadgets.com and attach an image of the damaged product and we will immediately resolve your issues.
